The project established a centralized analytics platform that consolidated disconnected data sources into one governed reporting and analysis environment. Starting from a successful pilot, the solution was expanded iteratively in close collaboration with business teams from sales, customer support, finance, and marketing. Existing KPI reporting was standardized, manual reporting flows were digitized, and new use cases were prioritized through an agile delivery model. Rather than focusing on one dashboard alone, the platform was designed as a reusable backbone for reports, analyses, and planning applications that could support both central functions and dealer-facing use cases over time.
